Product photos are for reference — minor visual differences are not considered defects. In the rare case of a pricing error or system glitch, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We'll always communicate with you if this happens.

Placing & Fulfilling Orders

Orders are processed after full payment is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of inventory issues, suspected fraud, or payment problems. If your order is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund and a clear explanation from us.

Everything you see on our store — product photos, descriptions, logos, and design — belongs to Kreallo. Please don't copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission. We put a lot of love into what we create, and we appreciate your respect for that.
